At the young age of 32, Cecily has dedicated her life to making change more comfortable for those she comes in contact with. Whether it is through her work in healthcare and behaviour intervention, creative arts, or through spiritual mentorship, she believes that quality of life is something we all deserve and yearn for.
During her final year of undergraduate studies, she strives to build evidence-based service provisions and community engagement activities for those experiencing Autism Spectrum Disorder.
She believes the skills and tools required by this population are the same that could many marginalized populations and through enjoyable engagement with life we can reach out to those who us. She believes that each and every one of us have gifts that can be offered and shared with those that are suffering to make light of life's trials, and that we have a duty to do so.
