Gaston is the Director of Localization for Ashoka’s Changemakers. Before Changemakers, Gaston worked for several Ashoka programs including Global Fellowship and Ashoka Citizen Base Initiative in Buenos Aires and Toronto. While working for Ashoka Global Fellowship Program, Gaston launched and supported Fellow collaborations on anti-corruption policies, human rights and health in Latin America, Africa, Asia and North America. He has a passion for Political Science and teaches Latin American politics and economy at the University of Toronto. Gaston received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Del Salvador University, Argentina and completed his master’s degree in Political Science at the University of Toronto, Canada. He studied, lived and worked in the UK, The Netherlands, Argentina and Canada.
