I have a strong background in enterprise development project planning, implementation and institutional development at several organizations, including the Industrial Development Board (IDB) and the International Labour Organization (ILO). In my current position I am directly involving with Market feasibility assessments, new product development, packaging, test marketing programs, organizing of promotional events, development of branding and product positioning strategies and product pricing. At REN, I work closely with new and existing member tenants to develop businesses, particularly in rural Sri Lanka. I have strong management and technical skills and is a strong trainer in areas including enterprise development (certified trainer in SIYB package and Participatory Market System Development (PMSD), marketing, skill development, motivation and team building.
