“I think this is an important initiative in that it is promoting a strategy of putting women in non-traditional jobs in order to help them get higher paying jobs. I think it’s really critical to put women in non-traditional jobs especially since many countries have proven large social impact by allowing women to access non-traditional jobs in society. It’s just a great concept.”
“This is not just about driving - it’s about getting into a business that is traditionally male dominated, that the government pays attention to, and has higher wages. Other initiatives focus on pushing women into traditional roles, and the innovation here is that it’s an entirely different focus.”
