Dear Agnettah Akungwi,
I enjoyed very much reading your entry. I had the opportunity to be in Kenya last ear and I know your initiative can help a lot of families.
Here are some of my considerations on your entry. Please take them just as suggestions to potentially improve your entry.
1. It would be great if you had some photos/videos about the technology to share. That helps to visualize how it works and, if possible, how and where is being used;
2. I would like to understand more how the micro-financing can help. I saw you mentioned as a potential partnership but it is not clear for me if that is crucial for you success or not;
3. I would like to understand in the barrier section what happens if the lantern brakes? Is it fixable or disposable? If it is fixable, where would that happen? Could that be a potential business opportunity for other people?
4. You mentioned that the women can sell other products in addition to the lantern. What are they selling? Are those products complementary?
5. Regarding the Kerosene, who will 'lose' that business?
6. Is this project scalable? What other solar applications could help the villages? Can PISAT produce more? How much? Can they produce other solar power products?
7. Besides micro-financing, what other partners could help you in this endeavor? What other sources of financial resources are available? Could a lighting company be your partner? Which one?

All those questions came to me while reading your entry. Hope they help you elaborate more in your entry and even help you out in implementing your project.

Keep up with the good work and please let me know if I can help you with something else.

Best,
Mauricio
