I work with the elderly and try to empower them to be active, purposeful people who make a difference in their communities.
When I leave Santa Barbara, I love to be in Venice, Florence, London, Paris or Prague, as well as New York, San Francisco and Seattle. The feel connected to the sophistication of big cities that value history and culture. I also love the quiet and beauty of Lake Tahoe.
I would like everyone in the world to become more tolerant, intelligent, caring and compassionate.
I retired as the Executive Director of the Arthritis Foundation. I now work with the elderly to navigate the mysteries of Medicare and I also help older people write their memoirs.
