I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to reach their full potential in life. Unfortunately, some people are far from ever getting this opportunity. Violence against women, in particular, is one of the most deeply rooted forms of oppression in this world. At WomensLaw.org, we provide legal information to victims of domestic violence throughout the United States so that they can use the laws to stop the abuse happening to them and their children.

I feel a connection to the feminist movement, and the strong women who have carried it over the last century. Gloria Steinem, you are amazing!

I believe in ending all violence against women, including physical abuse, sexual abuse and emotional and financial abuse. I also believe in raising a world where little boys learn to respect women and treat them with love and compassion as adult men.

I work with WomensLaw.org to provide legal information to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. We do this through a website and an email hotline. It's free, anonymous and available to anyone in the country.
