Learning is key to transformation -- the kind of learning that isn't simply acquiring information but instead is so integrated that it changes one's character, one's actions. I'm a communicator who assists changemakers in effective communication and organizational systems so that all involved are learning, growing, and contributing their best.
I'm into my second decade of working with an AIDS hospice as a volunteer and I'm drawn to women's issues, human trafficking, and more. Overall, I connect with organizations led by leaders who are willing to learn and stand beside those leaders to hone their vision and hone an organizational structure that reflects their passion and commitment.
Leaders to effectively lead. I am a means to an end. I see so much unbridled passion that I want to see translated into effective change. Without taking away any of the drive and enthusiasm that led entrepreneurs initially, I see my role as a catalyst within organizations to make them their best.
