I come up with ideas for how to solve various problems or new applications for existing solutions and work to make those known to those who can implement them.
I grew up on Vancouver Island off the west coast of Canada.
I have several changes that I would like to see happen:
1) Rapidly transitioning to using electric vehicles. Besides the environmental and energy efficiency advantages, there is a major economic advantage.
2) National Revenue Generating Infrastructure Banks - creating such a bank will support several important types of infrastructure and stimulate economies.
3) Micro-finance in our countries as well as developing countries.
I worked as a software design engineer at Microsoft Corporation from July 1993 to October 2004.
