I want to create an Electronic Savings & Credit C0-0perative Society (E-SACCO) whose membership is global in composition targeting between two (2) to four (4) billion people who use and operate mobile phones worldwide with the capacity for a Mobile Money Transfer (MMT) technology. The pooled savings so realized will be invested in income generating projects that affect the livelihoods of poor people globally in a beneficial manner.
