Co-founded a housing finance company in India ("Micro Housing Finance Corporation - "MHFC" - see www.mhfcindia.com) which helps support urban lower income families (esp from the informal sector who lack documentation to prove incomes)get financing and own a home. It is a unique company and aims to include an entire sector which is currently financially excluded by mainstream banks / lenders.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from the Indian Institue of Management (Ahmedabad), after which worked with American Express Bank in a variety of roles for 15 years - left AMEX in 2006 and returned to Mumbai to work in the social sector (advising Aangan, an NGO which works in state run children homes and as a member of the Justice Dhanuka court appointed committee to look into the infrastructure of Mumbai municipal schools) - before helping co-found MHFC.
