Working for an NGO, I design and implement projects that address real needs in the community. In addition, I tansfer my knowledge and skill to important actors in the community to enable them be more effective and efficient in their various offices.

Transformation from tensions, violent conflicts, to peace through dialogue
I am the Project Manager: Peace and Conflict Resoultion of a national NGO that operates in special consultative status with ECOSOC of the UN. I design, implement, monitor and evaluate projects on peacebuilding and other conflict related fields. I also work on human rights and governace, which are other departments of in my organisation.
