Originally from Los Angeles, California, Millay Kogan has spent the past two years working to develop the sustainability program for Cayuga Sustainable Hospitality (www.cayugaonline.com), a hotel management firm that manages and develops hotels that wish to incorporate sustainable tourism policies into their operations. She is a graduate of Cornell University´s School of Hotel Administration and is interested in green business and sustainable development, technology and information systems, architecture, design, surfing and yoga. She currently resides in Costa Rica.
