Have created a documentary series, Positive Footprints, about the positive impact made by community project travellers. The series is currently showing across international airlines and has just been bought by National Geographic Adventure Channel ( sorry for the bragging, but if it inspires people to get out and make a difference, then I'm happy to brag a bit)
Outside of my home, I love Hanoi. The Vietnamese people are so welcoming, engaging and absolutely fascinating. They have a rich and diverse culture and I can't wait to return.
For everyone that travels to 'know' that they can make a difference to the sustainability and development of the less fortunate communities that welcome them on their travels.
Essentially they've taken the chain off and let me loose to find ways to build a travel community that benefits independent and adventurous travellers.
We provide services such as travel insurance, travel security updates, language guides, travel blogs and other useful tools to keep you travelling safely.
We also look for ways to create opportunity through our travel scholarships program as well as helping alleviate global poverty through our Footprints program.
All in all, a lot of hard work, but great fun and a way to work with some truly brilliant people around the world.
