San Diego, California, USA along the shores of the Pacific Ocean--it has been my "sea of tranquility" literally, since 1980--but I feel as if it was my destiny to live here. Although I have been to other seashores, there are two additional locations on this earth (so far), where I have had this same feeling--both in Turkey: Kusadasi (another seaside town) and during a boat ride on the beautiful Euphrates river. Turkey also offered a life-altering experience at the top of a sacred mountain, overlooking the Euphrates. It is part of me.
