To change the lives of children in particularly post-conflict comunities and see the need to 'connect' one another by the means of information technology to become productive citizens in their various communities.
As, the need to see these children of not only war's effects but also high school and community youth in briidging the digital gap among peers as a means of empowerment/employment to fill their economic niches.
Mohamed is the Regional Youth Coordinator for the International Education and Resoure Netowrk - iEARN Sierra Leone for short www.iearnsierraleone.org. Also, a student in the department of Political Science,Honours 2, Fourah Bay College - University of Sierra Leone till 2009.
Mohamed, has worked in many youth projects and issues of global concern in addressing young people's concerns. And has attended many youth conferences with a multiplicity of awards in off/online courses hosted by TIG and other organizations.
Mohamed, hopes to bring new forms of learning and innovative techniques through information technology in helping the young people to become future leaders; as it can be seen in his exemplary work as a volunteer at the organization (non-profit) in training and creating leadership opportunities for children of war's effects and high school students.
Currently, the proejct Manager for BE THE CHANGE Action project funded by PeacChild International - UK in his native post-conflict nation of Kono District in empowering ex-child combatants and child miners as he believes, appeasement through information technology could heal the wounds of these children where they have been neglected and bully in school playgrounds and the community as a whole to fill their economic niches in 'connecting youths making a difference'.
