Our villages are with BEEDI WORKERS . The works are very limited and harm to other human beings . But we have no choice eventhough we are getting only20 to 25 Ruppeeswages /day. So Iam the onlywomen gratuate among us and decidedto find an alternative to the sad .
I discussed, organised SELF HELP groups and aas per the decision of the group members we are in the initial stage ofstarting an Innovative centre.
This idea will make the habit of savings, the change from BEEDI WORKS to LOOMS. The traditional job they are changing and they with little time will get a decent Job of more income.
The very literate women are getting the benefit of this project.They abanding the BEEDI worksand change for a new life.
The number of smokers must be reduced. Thepeople automaticlychange thier life with out any influence.I am working with SHOKA INNOVATORS.
I am getting almost all support from the coommon man.
