As a person I'm always looking for knew things to learn and focus on and I have a passion of working with children and young adults/ youth. I believe that each and every one of us deserves a chance to succeed and embark on our dreams and this is one of the strong force that encourages me to start a social enterprise. I have made a promise to myself that before the age of thirty my country should talk about Linekela for what she has done and the impact she has made to her fellow citizens. With EduIcan I'm optimistic that the gap where by one need to have money to benefit from good and quality education will become narrower.
I want us all to live and be part of our communities where we are judged on our aspirations, potential and self trust and not on our financial background. I will love to see more empowering initiatives for the less vulnerable and the poorest.
Linekela was born and raised in Oshikondiilongo – Oshana Namibia. She received her BTech: Food Technology from Cape Peninsula University of Technology – Bellville South Africa.
After completing her studies she joined Namibia Beverages as HACCP Coordinator. She was later appointed as Quality Team Leader and promoted to Quality Assurance Manager. Later in 2007 the company restructured and her title was changed to SHEQ Team Leader.
Apart from her permanent employee Linekela is a co-owner for Equalizer Training and Modeling Agency. The agency main goals and objectives is to give affordable modeling training to the communities in Northern Namibia. Organize and hold fashion shows for upcoming designers and small business enterprises.
Currently Linekela is establishing her own social enterprise EduIcan focusing on Education.
