Ann Glotzbach graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Princeton University. Her research on second-generation immigrants was awarded the Center for Migration and Development Thesis Prize. After Princeton, Ann was the Program Coordinator and then the Associate Director for the Jeannette K. Watson Fellowship, a program of the Thomas Watson Foundation, which provides internships, mentoring, and enriched educational opportunities to promising New York City undergraduates. She was also a recipient of a Princeton Project 55 Fellowship for Civic Leadership and was a member of their New York steering committee. Ann has volunteered as the sub-chair of the Committee of 100 for the New York Junior League and as a selection reader for Echoing Green’s Fellowship Program. She recently completed nonprofit leadership programs at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service and at the United Way of New York City. After leaving the Watson Foundation in New York, Ann pursued cultural and language immersion in Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, and Peru. This time confirmed her strong desire to find meaningful work in Argentina, which led Ann to her current position with Ashoka Argentina in Buenos Aires.
