By creating a revolution within the Land Planning industry by developing a collaborative of urban design professionals that use internet technology to provide expert advice and affordable solutions on sustainable land planning issues. Within three weeks, we prepare initial concept master plan booklets to help property owners, communities, developers and government agencies throughout the world that have limited access to professional services. Our planning booklets often become the catalyst for civic revitalization and can add immediate financial value to properties seeking optimum land definition.
Having traveled around the world many times, I continue to return to the Palos Verdes Pennisula in Southern California, USA as a place of extreme beauty, incredible weather, magical history and solitude for myself and my family.
The benefits of complexity theory and the understanding that all things are interrelated. By looking outside out own silos of expertise, we can create new communities today with products and services that solve energy efficiency, health care delivery, workplace transformation, education reform and transportation demand reduction all at the same time.
