I work/volunteer for a School for AIDS Orphans in Uganda. I am trying to bring changes to their teaching methods to enhance the learning process.
The first time I visited the village of Nyakagyezi, I knew it was a special place for me. I feel a sense of homecoming whenever I go there.
I want all children to have access to an education.
I have been involved in these schools for AIDS orphans for three (3) years. I visit the schools 10 weeks a year. When I am back in the States I work on programs and funding for the schools.
