I am deepily connected to to a small village where I grew from in the Central Region or province of Ghana.A village with a small population of 100 where knowledge of adults to children was a rule of thomb.There is also high social integration with shared values and strong bonding.Even now I still have fond memories of what lives we led back three decades ago.
My philosophy for change is a world where there is social equity,shared values and corporate social responsibility for even industry players to as it were bridge the poverty gap through various corporate responsibility projects and or programmes such gainful organisations could initiate to the communities benefit and even treated as major stakeholders in decisons at the corporate level.
I am also looking forward to a world where there is high civility and mutual respect for all and much more a sustainable environment for both flora and fuana and a life or hope for the children yet unborn.Such changes as it were does not come with ease.It actually calls mellinium managers who score high in strategic planning.
It is equally true that such a visionary world could only come to realisation through Change agents whose attributes and values are one of innovative and learning driven.ie, new methods of doing things in a most efficient and effective way have to be fashioned to make things work for us especially so in a world where competition,population explosion and others is always changing the dynamics of how thing are done.
I started work as an Agriculturist haven fundamentally trained in Agriculture at the college level.Thus I worked four 4years as an Agric Officer after which I read Advanced levels and made it to the University for a Psychology Degree.Additionally I do also possess professional certificate in Human Resource Management and an MBA. I have almost a decade experience in Human Resource and Administrative Management at the industry level.
