As an ICT Analyst, Paul works at DAI to draw on technology to support current programs and design future programs. He is interested in new media and low-cost technologies, particularly in post-conflict or controlled societies, and he is interested in the role that communications technologies can play in activities that reinforce free and democratic societies.
