25 years in marketing.i had joined in balajana sakyam and made change in the childrens for the taste of music,dance,drama,sports in my village i had sown the seed of replication and made 15 balajanasakyami from ordinary chapter member to the state vice president post i climbed, joined bharat scouts BP open troops in college level,when iam in college after my college hours i start working in partime for a evening daily and before i go to college in the morning i start selling liqiud blue to whiten the cloths so i build my interst in marketing,when i was in job i started a NATIONAL EXECUTIVE CLUB and made the professionals to come out of the idea of knowing only one subject and become specialist instead of that i made them generalist through my club i made a change on their perception.when i joined seafood industry i started a weekly for the fisherman and to educate them the ground reality of international market scenerio and quality catching methods i brough a change in the fisherman knowledge level.i sown the seed of philonthropic mentality in my wife school teachers,she said a child need fund to go for heart surgery
i asked her not to donate only for cause but start a monthly donation programme and donate for more causes
she done that today her other friends in other school carried it away.when my counsin son birthday came i advise not to give sweet instead of that i ak hin to carry a plants and distribute when he reached the school all are surprised but teacher like the idea and she ask all students of his class to do the planting and a big change happend when the birthday comes all the children started to tell the parents we dont want to sweet to distribute we want plants to distribute i made a change.
