Throughout my 5 years experience in career coaching, I have successfully partnered with undergraduate students, MBA students and PhD candidates to help them identify their career goals and design their road map to success.
I am passionate about helping changemakers find their calling, as well as help them gain faster access to relevant information and people to amplify their impact on our world. As a neuroscientist turned career coach, I bring in depth knowledge of career planning, career switching strategies and job search tips that have helped hundreds of students and alumni translate their past experience and education into winning statements to compete for their positions of interest.
I look forward to supporting changemakers as they create their career path as social innovators!
I love coaching professionals and students as they reflect and clarify their career goals. I also love connecting others with information, resources, and people to amplify their social and/or environmental impact on our world.
I want to make careers that have a positive social and/or environmental impact on our world as visible to students and professionals as corporate careers are.
The more visible these paths become, the more high potential professionals will choose to pursue them.
As a half-Swiss and half-Morroccan global professional who has lived and worked in 4 different countries, I have always been very interested in access to higher education for the poor in developed countries. I am also passionate about helping first generation students translate their college experience into meaningful work post-graduation. More generally, I am most passionate about helping changemakers in creating a career path that blends financial return with social change and environmental responsibility across sectors. I have successfully expanded and developed such triple bottom line career programs at Brown University and at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. I look forward to meeting more like minded people and to be of help to other social innovators!
