Leila is founder and CEO of Samasource, an organization that leverages business process outsourcing to create tech jobs for people in Africa and rural Asia. Formerly, she co-founded Incentives for Global Health, worked as a management consultant at Katzenbach Partners, the World Bank Development Research Group, and Ashoka. Leila was a Visiting Scholar at the Stanford Program on Global Justice in 2009 and holds a B.A. in African Development Studies from Harvard University.
