I guess, at this stage, I am close to a wanna-be changemaker.
Addis Ababa and I guess Ethiopia, which is a place that is both raw in the way it shows the realities of modern life and a short drive out of the capital gives a breath-taking views of the mountains and valleys that are astounding.
I would like to see people achieve their ambitions and make their working lives as happy and fulfilling as possible. Getting the right skills is half the story, the confidence to make the most of the opportunities in front of us is another big factor. I would like everyone to see the opportunities and go for it if that is what they want.
I started my career in research and then project management within health and social care in England. I then started my own consultancy business undertaking research and analysis working mainly within healthcare workforce in England. This has led me to my new project on facilitating the younger generation's move into the workplace by opening their eyes to the opportunities available and help give them the confidence to achieve whatever they want in life.
