Aditi is a practiced social intrapreneur. She co-leads Ashoka Changemakers and has primarily led the design and implementation of our newest flagship product, Changeshop. Changeshop, a space that exists on Changemakers.com, is a global marketplace where anyone with an idea for social change has the opportunity to track their progress, connect to new funding opportunities, and highlight their achievements for the public. Before Ashoka, Aditi worked with DonorsChoose, an online marketplace to drive philanthropy into public schools, where she learned how to create transparent and accountable platforms and helped expand their Bay Area office across the West Coast. Aditi graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a double major in Business Administration and Psychology. Having lived and studied in six countries, her background has encouraged her to think outside the box no matter what. In her free time, Aditi likes to eat, ski and obsess over design. Aditi is proud to be a Sandboxer and a StartingBloc Fellow.
