This man knows marketing. Jay Aldous was recognized by the American Marketing Association as the 2008 Nonprofit Marketer of the Year.
Jay joined the U.S. Fund for UNICEF in November 2005. Jay is responsible for all marketing and communications for UNICEF within the United States. He oversees the U.S. Fund’s Ambassador Program, and celebrity and sports relationships. Previously, Jay was a senior partner and founder of The Brighton Group—a consultancy specializing in developing and managing partnerships between corporations and nonprofits. His professional background also includes leadership positions at Children's Miracle Network, On–Site Computer Corporation and Muskingum College, as well as faculty positions at Eastern Montana College and the University of Phoenix.
Outside of work, Jay holds the world record for bicycling around the world (14,290 miles in 106 days) as well as a national age record for running 100 miles.
