Antenas Project is an interactive tool UNIQUE IN THE WORLD, handled in real time by expert psychologists with a new model of psychological intervention through dialogue with an interactive puppet.
The puppet works as an emotionally agent for the child and it also inspires trust while being a constant link to the infant, capable of accompanying him or her on various processes that are happening: Disease, mistreatment or abuse of any kind among others.
This method gathers more information in less time than a traditional psychological intervention would do so; it helps accelerate the process and is able to serve a larger number of children.
I feel very connected with children under vulnerable situation, and I would like to make the psychological treatment a need in the world.
Antenas works with children explaining and coaching them during their hospitalization, or if they were victim of any abuse. Antenas has many friends like him they inhabit in 3 hospitals in México City and the project also has a Mobile Unit that travels through the City spreading the help to children in day care centers.
El Proyecto Antenas es una herramienta interactiva ÚNICA EN EL MUNDO, manejada en tiempo real por expertos psicólogos que trabajan con un nuevo modelo de intervención psicológica a través del diálogo mediante el uso un títere virtual.
Este títere trabaja como un agente emocional para el niño, y además inspira confianza en él al ser un vínculo permanente, capaz de acompañar al niño durante procesos que enfrenta como: enfermedades, tratamientos, abusos de cualquier tipo, entre otros.
Este método ayuda a reunir más información en menos tiempo de lo que se haría con un método tradicional de intervención psicológica; El Proyecto Antenas ayuda a acelerar el proceso y es capaz de server a más niños.
Me siento muy conectada con niños que viven en situaciones vulnerables, y me gustaría crear conciencia alrededor del mundo de la importancia de los tratamientos psicológicos.
Antenas trabaja con niños, explicándoles y guiándolos durante procesos de hospitalización, o si han sido víctimas de abuso. Antenas tiene muchos amigos como él, que habitan en tres hospitales de la Ciudad de México, el proyecto también cuenta con una Unidad Móvil que viaja por la Ciudad llevando ayuda a niños en casas hogares.
