I advocate for women and girls' participation in safe sport, especially at decision making levels. I participate in programme and policy development at national level and in low popularity sport.

I was born in Kabwe, Zambia. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies and Public Administration from the University of Zambia and a Master of Women's Law from the University of Zimbabwe.
Currently, I am the General Secretary for the National Organisation of Women in Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation - NOWSPAR. NOWSPAR is a NGO that conducts advocacy and awareness to enhance the participation of women in sport. With a membership comprised of individuals, community initiatives, education and sports associations.
While in my second year at University I took up a volunteer position in soccer for health education program management at the Kalusha Foundation which had been established the previous year and was the Programmes Coordinator until 2008.
I have a keen interest in research, policy reforms, media, monitoring and advocacy programmes in sport.
