As a member of our committee, we inspire all students, their families and community that as an Aboriginal graduate, we possess knowledge, understanding and commitment that is honoured with traditions that have been passed down through the generations.
There is no set 'place' but rather a sense of connection when surrounded with other Aboriginal people who are committed to making positive changes for future generations.
I would like to see Aboriginal students - young and old - be able to proudly stand up and be honoured and recognized for their accomplishments.
