What will be the impact of your idea?
Millions of people who might never get help for their substance abuse will hear the message of experience, strength and hope of others, and they, too can begin attending various fellowships and begin their own "road to recovery". Very often, many people are frightened to walk into a 12 step meeting for fear of seeing someone they know, or not knowing what to expect. Steppin' Out reduces that fear, and gives those looking for support a way to recover.
Who will help you develop your idea? Why are you the one to make this happen?
I would like to develop a college version of Steppin' Out Radio to bring the message of hope to college students. The college administration will assist me in bringing the stories. I would also like to develop a spanish-speaking version of Steppin' Out Radio. Many in recovery will help me develop my idea as well as those in the media and related field. I am the one that can make this happen because of my contacts and knowledge of the radio industry, and my passion to help those looking for support.

It will cost approximately $20,000 to $25,000 to launch.
