Hi Nijar,
I am afraid I do not know much about your country - is it unusual for women to play sports in your country? Are there many resources available for men's soccer? I am wondering if a partnership with an men's soccer organization could help get you the exposure and perhaps support (access to coaches, etc.) that you need to get to the next level while working on building additional support?
Best of luck!
Ziba
Dear Ziba,
It is true that here exist a lot of soccers clubs, but ,the problem is in their views, they look at the women football like a something which is able to destroy the thinked position of the women in society.
How great to support women who have a desire to play football in your country! Is there a connection between The Union of Ecologists "Eco-protection" and your idea? Is it your plan to incorporate lessons about ecology and eco-protection through football?
Dear Stephani,
There is no a connection between NGO "Eco-protection" and the existing women football team. But,seeing their desire and problems, our NGO, sow a nice idea to help them, normally,if we will be able to do that.I don't know, maybe in the future, will be something like that...
All the best,
Nijar Zulali
Thanks for your entry. It is a challanging task for sure. If you are not getting enough attaraction from local football clubs, another direction could be to approach to some of the international organizations. One example that I know is Cross Cultures Project Association which is an organization based in Denmark but they organize football schools in Balkan countries to promote intercultural dialouge. Just check the website http://www.ccpa.dk/ and I can send you the contact information if you are interested.
As you thing about your partners to start your program I would also challenge you to think about the specific resources you need. Do you need marketing, equipment, coaches etc. This will help in identifying a partner. It will also help the judges understand what you would do with the prize money. Looking forward to seeing how this project develops.
Dear Holly,
First of all thank you for contacting me!Yes,it is true that this club need and marketing, equipment, coaches etc. But,as much as I see is too difficult to be found a partner through the internet.
As for the prize,if we receive ,normally it will be spend ed for the equipment and the most needed things for this women football club.
Regards,
Nijar
