How do you implement your innovation and apply it to the challenge/problem you are addressing?

first of all, get the best sportswomen and train her to beat the best in the world. Once she is a champion, give her publicity and show how she has achieved from the sports. this will encourage others to take sports seriously. then create environment in which parents are willing to let their daughter take sports as a career. This can be done by giving respect, authority, love, fame, etc to the achievers. We have to show parents and esp women that they can be there right at the top.
This is what happened with cricket in india where it gave ordinary individuals everything one can ask for. and look at the fan following and the level of the sport in india now.
the same thing happened in tennis with mahesh bhupati, leander peas, sania mirza, and others

but we cannot do this by ourself. we have to get government, corporate, community groups, schools, and especially media to work towards it
