Impact: How does it Work

Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

Children need of care and protection normally are sent to orphanages which against the development of the child, instead of sending to orphanges if it is sent to family the chiuld gets all rights and enjoy the child hood life.Sambhu and phutiki two little children got deprived when their father left thir mother,to look after the children their mother struggle hard but unable to do it,one day she also left the both children &went away, the children got neglected ,after resque the community put them in a shelter home, during the stay the children lost their hope but after the placement of foster care now both children getting a loving and careing family, education ,health and nutrious food which is basic rights,a new hope is with them.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

The childrn who need of care and protection now have got the family based care ,10 children who were negelected and abused now geting the education ,health needs and the nutrious food .The children who were deprived of the parental care are getting the loving and careing family.children have got the life skill which has made them confidence and skill building. All the children have got the value of life ,understanding their won culture ,and values. The child have got the physical, psychol;ogical development and got maximuum healthy and fulfilling life.Numbers of the children have been enrolled in the primery education which is their fundamental rights, children have got the family to shgare their feelings past and present, the children have got opertunity to prepare the individual care paln whcich can direct their future,They gopt the opertunity of social welbeings with the community culture

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

After the launching the ICPS and JJact the the children coming under CNCP are mandet to produce before the CWC and based on the approval the child should be placed with the foster family and the family should also be caring and nutrturing family, the family should be also aware and trained up on parrenting skill and nurtuting ability,The community should be aware on the ICPS,JJ Act and protection mechanism should be oriented on the CNCP children,Every body should be tune up towards every child has right to family and nonstitutionalization is the last resort. The child should get all entitlement

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

In ICPS for financial sustainability we are linking children in sponsorship schemes of govt. but the scope is very limited .There are thousands of children who need care & support for that we are approaching to different rollers and trying to mobilize individual funding donors.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

The foster care arrangement is very rare but it is the substantial family based care to the children who need of care and protection ,it is an alternative care to the children instead of sending them to institution. The child development depends on the family rather than the institution. We request viewers of this project to link us with financial institutions/donor agencies so that we can carry out this work in a long run & can reach to more number of children.

Founding Story

The children out of parrental care somehow begging and livinin at the plat form ,the children getting abuse and living a neglected life, but after the resque the children get scope of the family based care .Puja a 11 years of girl was collecting the garbeg when she lost her parrents she was mooving at the railway station and begging but whenshe was resqued and produced befire the CWC the CWC place the child ina foster family and now the child gets education and a family life, this has been a great encouragement and learning to the society offostering ,now puja got the family where she enjoys the family basedare and her life has been changed from sleeping at the station to acaring family

A 20 members staff team are and ensure family based care for more than 600 nos. of orphan & vulnerable children. In leadership of YCDA Taskforce on Non institutional forms of child care was formed in the year 2009 to bring policy level changes.
