Tell us about your partnerships
As I previously mentioned we have the support of the local company to use their factory. This is the place my father developed products and produced since 15 years ago. Additionally, saves a lot of time on legal paperwork because the place already works according to standards.
Finding the right investor is tricky because I like to work with people I feel comfortable and I like. So I think in 3 to 6 month we could find the right persons.
We want to have our own collecting and recycling plastic unit adapted to our need, so we are considering collaborating with other NGO toward this goal.
Are you currently targeting other specific populations, locations, or markets for your solution? If so, where and why?
We want to go in all the channels where traditional concrete bricks are present, so people can rapidly be aware of the alternative green solution at the same or even lower costs.
Also, there are more channels available because we can involve NGO’s and local government .
What type of operating environment and internal organizational factors make your innovation successful?
I think at this stage and further on I would like to give a lot of room to innovation and keeping the stream of innovation steady. This gives so much satisfaction and joy to work even when the times are hard.
