Impact: How does it Work

Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

By involving the youth especially those in campus and the job seekers in farming and tree planting they will have a chance to be their own bossess as well as earn a living and create more employment since they need people in the farm .thus planting tree will assist in maintaing good climate thus trees are a long term investment that they might use years latter

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

To date the youth in our program have managed to make a living as well as pay their education loans and fees while those involved in planting trees have managed to plant close to five thousand trees and still looking forward to plant more soon .some have grown big and now. Joined hands to have their own sheep farm that each member owns atleas two sheep that they keep and will sell at a latter day thus earning money .the trees are a long term project that will keep them busy for close to 20 years this trees plays a role in global climate change

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

The next strategy is to purchase or lease land that will engage a big number of youth thus being able to sow seed that can raise up too a million trees in the next one year
Sustainability

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

The individuals who finance the project not all give grants thus they require their money back in full after a period of time thus we work to ensure our projects are able to repay them .thus getting a financial to support the project in a span of 4 years we will be able to sustain ourselves
