Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

The ordering of space where they make cheese accompanied by excessive duplication in production processes due to the use of inadequate equipment. which expands production times and expose you to illnesses to workers. In addition to traditional production of cheese drinking water being wasted or inefficient use that is given. Thus waste is also generated.

The proposed solution to these problems adequately establish a distribution plan that effectively use the work area, ergonomic equipment that reduces production times and takes into account the recycling of water accompanied by a digester which produces biogas from the designed production waste and will be used in the process of making cheese it is possible that the fuel price increase in the coming years, is a measure to get cheap and clean fuel.

the project changes the working conditions in Junin, Peru. workers prevent workplace injuries and companies get higher profits, suppliers have higher orders and caring environment. In five years it is planned to sell all types of dairy Peru poductos under the joint direction of companies and CIDER-San Marcos.
