It will generate employment opportunities thereby reducing the high rate of crime commit by the young people, should there be enterprise development and employment through the establishment of talent grow center, it will go a long way in arresting and addressing socioeconomic problem and rights abuse of young people, developing the talent of young people towards this will help boost the economy. Economic development is meaningless unless young people is provided with access of growing their various talent to deal with their daily life needs, the targeted audience will meet at the selected center called “Rural Talent Grow Center” (R.T.G.C) in their local communities to showcase and display whatever talent they have got for auditing & usage.

1. The grown talent used to pass informative messages, the talent which could be plays, songs, dance drama, poetry recitals, cookingdrumming etc through producing and disseminating via the internet monthly newsletters, online post etc containing local made experience and lesson learned etc.
2. Sustainable commercial talent developed in the local communities.
3. The forgotten traditional way of passing informative messages through plays, songs, dance drama and poetry recitals brought back and published in electronic form (text, graphics photographs and, in some cases even sound and video for instant access via local network terminals, using local dialects and relevant cultural forms and aesthetics. In essence, this will be like electric version of participatory rural appraisal notes (PRA notes).
Expanding the project to neighboring states and African regions (West African Countries).

Through the expected out come and result; e.g The grown talent used to pass informative messages, the talent which could be plays, songs, dance drama, poetry recitals, cooking, drumming etc through producing and disseminating via the internet monthly newsletters, online post etc containing local made experience and lesson learned etc.
Through the benefit to the young people; e.g Greater opportunities for young people with talent through continue research on how to improve their talent.
Through the benefit to the host community; Reduced intra and inter-community conflicts.

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?
1. The project is fully handled by me and other experts in social entrepreneur, including some carefully selected community leader who came together to form committee.
2. Formation, promotion and supervision of the group by the committee.
3. Strict joint supervision and every transition/activities carried out by those involve in this project to prohibit any form of misconduct or mismanagement.
4. Sustained post project visits & supervision

Currently this problem is not been addressed by any body or organization.
Founding Story
I made this discovery during a global youth service day (GYSD) an American global youth event organized by me in some local communities, before i expanded it and brought in six youths who comes together with me to promote and project the idea.
