The drastic decrease of inter-cultural tolerance during the last decade before collapse of Soviet Union has been one of the very factors which contributed to the development of ethnic conflicts in multi-ethnic Caucasia and in Georgia particularly. The lasting ethnic conflicts and the hard post-soviet economic conditions contributed to the decrease of the social tolerance. These factors remain the impeding ones at present as well. The main carrier of charge of intolerance is the middle-aged generation. The idea is the development of a communication bridge between the younger and oldest generations with the aim to revive the best traditions of inter-cultural and social tolerances, which were the distinctive features of Caucasians.
