About Project

Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

This project needs to be built in all villages as a pilot, so that people can imitate, and the government provides targeted assistance. For that we are looking for other funding sources, so that the pilot can be built and become a pilot.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

Actually, this program can be done by all the people in the village. However, people do not know this knowledge, how to build, benefits, so it needs to be built several pilot so that people know and be able to build their own. The solution, we membenagun several plots, and it turns out, the public learned that the cow dung, many advantages such as biogas for cooking, biogas residues for organic fertilizer, animal feed and fertilizer fish pond.
Impact: How does it Work

Example: Walk us through a specific example(s) of how this solution makes a difference; include its primary activities.

Examples of our program in Lampung, in three villages bordering the Way Kambas National Park, filled with conflict between wildlife and farmers. To provide solusiyairu with other economic development, such as livestock and fisheries. It is very helpful in providing knowledge to the community, in order to remain sustainable wildlife and economy remain. Depending on the location, what will be developed economy, agriculture, livestock, fisheries or as providers of fertilizer for sale to farmers in other areas.

Impact: What is the impact of the work to date? Also describe the projected future impact for the coming years.

More than 200 biogas degester we wake up in several provinces in Indonesia, the community greatly helped by the knowledge that. There be some people who work together to build so cheap. The impact on some areas begin to prove the results. Agriculture is more fertile than the use of chemical fertilizers. Pressing the baby fish that died because bio-slury fertilized with high vitamin B, indirectly increasing the eco-friendly economy and reduce climate change. Examples of our program in Lampung, in three villages bordering the Way Kambas National Park, filled with conflict between wildlife and farmers.

Spread Strategies: Moving forward, what are the main strategies for scaling impact?

This is when it's done all the people in the villages, then within the next 5-10 years, do not bother with the problem of energy, agriculture and certainly will bring prosperity. As well as all government programs or programs of all donors are directed to the program, we are confident to overcome kemiskinsn in the area and create new jobs, so that welfare is reached.
Sustainability

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

Already there are examples, in Central Kalimantan, that program is continuing, although no aid. To be cheaper, community collaboration, to build biogas, after public notice plots that we have built. The core problem is, socialization, providing knowledge, training to the community. When people have seen and benefits, no grants, will be done, because the need for the program. The most important is to give evidence and not a promise.

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

The program that we offer, some have done, but still think a project, not a program. Activities that we do, through a process, carried out assistance to the public to know and understand that the program will provide benefits to agriculture, fisheries, livestock and new business, which is a provider of high kwlitas organic fertiliser.
Team

Founding Story

The story of this program in the underlying conduct of the team members who frequently travel to the villages. The problem faced is that the economy is low, because the people who are mostly farmers, agricultural products less expensive well as fertilizer, or a conflict with wildlife or inadequate marketing results. So look for a solution to provide knowledge to the community. One of them is a pilot demonstration plot, so that people see, know and can apply. Would need to process and time to make changes.

Team

Our team of various disciplines, agriculture, forestry, biology, marine, anthropology or practitioner in the field who just graduated high school. But we are always looking for tean of the village where the program we did, we training to understand and comprehend, so that when it is self-contained, we look for another location to develop the program, and look for donors to make a demonstration plot.

Challenges in mentoring and developing environmental and community development programs, very much. However we are always confident, that we intend either to help them.
Accompanying society requires an approach to their art. when the basic needs of their lives are filled with various activities or provide solutions to problems that exist in the community, they would receive a program that we provide.
Indeed assist communities that require process, requiring time, cost and patience. if the mentoring process was run in conjunction with the community, then the result will be coming alone.
