As a result of our collaboration we got the attention of multiple companies and individuals. Many people supported the social and educational activity of the foundation and the number of people who gave us 1% of their taxes has increased significantly. Moving forward in this direction the employees of Mediacom have a lot more ideas how to get more attention to people living in extreme poverty and to the problem by helping a civil initiate, the Real Pearl Foundation change maker work. The union of skills is happening and the result is moving forward the solving of the problem and forming the appropriate emotional support.

The goal of the corporation is amplifying the activity of the foundation, which among the effect on the public feeling, more and more supporters, companies and civilians can connect to the communication campaign and support the foundation’s work. The trustworthy communication about the problems, the work and the success is the common goal which can create new sources and this is a guarantee for sustainability.
After the first support we understood the opportunities of helping each other. Mediacom employees understood after their visit that all of our future has an influence on the ones who live in misery. When they expressed the aim to help, it became clear there are lots of skills, connections, tools-we don’t know about. With their help the case can be amplified, people can be sensitized and we can affect creating a more liveable world. We have to show the possibilities of giving assistance, prejudice has to be destroyed by positive samples and we need sources for both of them: communication and field equally. Sensitizing affects positively on politics too. After the election when Jobbik forged ahead everybody could realize it.
The segregation, misery, the Roma integration are not the most appreciative topics in Hungary. Prejudice, discrimination are stronger than facing the facts. The general feeling more negative than positive. The society turns to successes that come fast and get feedback immediately. For example painting a kindegarten’s fence or reading tales to sick children, etc. In many cases you have to fight for others attention, for taking responsibility, communicating and helping to solve the problem. Understanding the real situation, showing it, unfolding the problem can help it.
The relationship between the two companies is based on the common project, which we organize together and both of our skills and work appear. Our collaboration is positive, developing and effective.
As long as we can make more factors work where we can achieve our goals, our collaboration becomes more effective and a strong partnership. Until now amplifying the integration work, organizing campaigns and actions, taking a supportive layer in was the main work for the collaboration. We concentrated on a certain time, like the 1% campaign or solving one problem at a time, e.g. solving the crisis of our art school. In our further projects we concentrate on continuity. For the foundation it makes new areas, for the company new, unusual communication ways. It is important to show the issue to the public effectively, to form the aspect and to find supporters.
