Problem: What problem is this project trying to address?

project test answer to the problem of poor access to basic necessity families. Indeed, the frequent increases on products knows the Ivory Coast has increasingly reduced the food basket and require reduced daily meals for families. this is also the basis of juvenile delinquency , begging and poverty . budgets for family expenses are not enough to sustain families

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

as a solution , we propose to act on the distribution channels ultimately reduce the cost of goods . it is known that as the circuit is , the more the costs of goods are high. we offer through this project to collect orders from households , finally making bulk purchases . what will continuously reduce the purchase price of goods by households will be placed on the platform. to achieve this goal , we will use ICT to combine orders , classify , analyze , and distribute them to households.

a family of 6 that feeds easily with $ 6 francs could eat better with the reductions obtained through this company. so if she ate once a day , it can eat twice

we are at the idea stage . we can not identify the actual impact , but a study shows the realism of the project and a craze of the population

This project will allow us to come first consumers. it will allow us to explain the benefits of buying together. it will also allow us to compete against our wholesale orders. Today we have the purchasing of basic necessity prices in our markets. we will compare our price with this project . within five years, we 'll put more than 10,000 people on the platform and we extend outside Abidjan . families can place orders through an application that we will develop . we plan to include the order taking via protables phones, which would allow all families UPTIME this platform.

Financial Sustainability Plan: What is this solution’s plan to ensure financial sustainability?

NGO provides DNA for a local startup direction. customers who are contributing to household expenses by paying fees. this client contribution will enable the project to take over shortly. means that we seek will allow us to install the enterprise application form , to the promotion and advertising, pre-finance the purchase of marhandises and truck rental distribution .

Marketplace: Who else is addressing the problem outlined here? How does the proposed project differ from these approaches?

with the development of the Internet, we see companies using ICT in Ivory Coast . However , the fight against the high cost of living has not yet taken into account by promteurs . So we have companies selling online only . our market is all households . we target low-income and middle-income .

the history of the foundation of the difficulties that our parents faced with frequent increases in the purchase price of the goods. this hinders our good education has become a challenge for us. Also this challenge, we belong to the youth league leaders of the NGO or DNA from now we feel capable of starting a business, to manage and provide employment to other young people like us

NGO DNA has a good credibility with many local and international structures. our partners from various sectors . in the water sector we GWP PNECI internationally and locally. We are also leaders of more than 40 NGOs in Ivory Coast , this position gives us to quickly cover the entire country . we are also in partnership with government departments (health, education, youth, good governance).

Challenges: What challenges might hinder the success of your project and how do you plan to overcome them?

the first problem that may hinder this project is the lack of financial resources we need because he buy the goods, delivered before the recovery . to avoid it , we plan to obtain supplier credit . get the goods on credit and deliver them before cashing money.

How does your idea help young people create bright futures and improve opportunities for meaningful and long-term careers?

Today the NGO DNA initiated a network of volunteers and a leadership program that knows a hit with students. this project represents for them a challenge and an opportunity to develop their culture and pursue a career in the NGO sector. This social enterprise will give us the opportunity to demonstrate our expertise and transport us to the competition advocacy and leadership
