Day 1 | Saturday (8/3)
- 10:00 AM - Event Registration & Luggage Storage opens
- 11:00 AM - Box Lunches
- 5:00 PM - Event Registration Closes
- 5:30 PM - Welcome Dinner (food trucks)
- 8:00 PM - Free time
Day 2 | Sunday (8/4)
On Sunday, all sessions will be held at the Hotel.
- 8:00 AM - Breakfast
- 9:00 AM - Welcome
- 12:00 PM - Lunch
- 4:00 PM - Evening Trip
- 8:00 PM - First return bus
- 11:00 PM - Second return bus
Day 3 | Monday (8/5)
On Monday and Tuesday, we will be at RSC.
- 7:00 AM - Breakfast
- 12:00 PM - Lunch at the Hotel
- 6:00 PM - Dinner
- 7:00 PM - Free time
Day 4 | Tuesday (8/6)
On Tuesday, all sessions will be held at the Hotel.
- 7:00 AM - Breakfast
- 10:00 AM - Pitch Competition
- 12:00 AM - Lunch
- 1:00 PM - Closing and Reflection
- 2:15 PM - Departures
