- What is Changed By Us?
Changed By Us is a national call to find and share stories of young people who are shaping change in their communities. It celebrates ideas, actions, and moments where young people notice something that could be different and take a step toward improving it.
- Why does this exist?
We created Changed By Us because stories help people see possibility. When young people share what they have done, they open a door for others to imagine what they could do too. This project shines a light on the everyday acts of courage, creativity, and care that often go unseen.
- Who can take part?
Anyone aged 5 to 19 who lives in the United Kingdom.
- What do you mean by a changemaker?
A changemaker is someone who sees a problem, imagines something better, and takes action to solve the problem.
- What kinds of stories are you looking for?
Stories about real change. This could be a project, a small act that grew, a campaign, a creative idea, something you improved in your school or community, or a personal experience that led you to act differently. The story can be early stage or fully developed.

You can submit writing, a video, artwork, photography, audio, or a mix of formats. Choose the style that feels most natural to you.
