Amanda found the perfect blend of her interests in business, sustainability and food via an MBA in Sustainable Systems and a Sustainable Food & Agricultural Systems Certificate from Bainbridge Graduate Institute.
Her passion is to see our relationship to food reframed in outcomes of wellness and stewardship. She seeks to tell the story of food we grow, prepare and eat throughout her life and career. Specific interests in food policy, reducing food waste, and the water, energy and food nexus have guided her work in Seattle, across Cascadia and currently to the Bay Area.
She is excited to use her organizational talents and communication skills to advance a sustainable food system and ultimately help to change the culture of nourishment.
