Title: Expert Scientist Ph.D
Bio:
Following a Ph.D in Immunology and a postdoc in Immunogenetics, I joined the pharmaceutical field to participate in the quest towards new classes of well tolerated anti-cancer therapies. I currently have two roles that are parallel at GSK Vaccines. I am Project Leader in the context of an intrapreneurship initiative where I lead an international cross-functional team of ten people. In parallel, I am Product Quality Senior Manager in the Q4R&D department where I manage the end-to-end quality strategy for a defined product portfolio in a matrix environment. With a strong quality- and results-oriented mindset, I like to generate new ideas which address issues and tackle the underlying causes of problems to create strategies and a vision for the future.
