Having six years of close experience of managing the interventions to improve governance ecosystem by enhancing accountability, transparency and civic engagement to improve delivery of public services and entitlements in various sectors such as education, livelihood (MGNREGS), health, he has attained many required abilities and skills to play the role development professional and suitable for achieving the organisational goals. He is also specialised in utilizing social accountability approaches emphasised on the inclusion of poor, marginalised and voiceless people to be part of the development for improving governance. He is responsible for contributing towards achieving the vision of organization through various projects and programmes under Governance programmatic area which also includes the coordination of activities in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the area of Social Accountability and Access to Information. Over the years, he has developed adequate knowledge and skills for program management, research, evidence-based advocacy, capacity building, fund-raising, knowledge generation and coalition development. He performs as a trainer in training on social accountability tools like Citizen Report Card, Community Score Card, Participatory Expenditure Tracking Survey, Community Monitoring etc. He also contributes towards institutional strengthening by organizing in-house and external seminars, workshops and consultations.
