This idea is trying to address the problem regarding working women who sew apparel factories. They have to give most of their time in factory mostly more then 8 working hours, they do overtime also. This condition prevents them to give proper time to their household which their family requires. They usually face harassment issues in working places, & they are less payed some women stop working for these reasons and face financial crises.

Solution: What is the proposed solution? Please be specific!

The proposed solution is to provide the working opportunities at home to the women in apparel factories. They can be provided sewing machines and granted with a good sewing rate for they might have to pay the electricity bills. It will reduce the energy cost to denim factories. This is how working women can attain good environment, earn good amount, get free of harassment on working places, can give quality time to their kids and family, can do work at their working schedule, no working our limits, only they have to complete the assignment of sewing in the time limit. In the countries like Pakistan and India where denim factories are in thousands and millions of women working in them it could be respectable and healthy earning to the women.

There are many examples of working women at home in third world countries. They are very perfect in quality. Most of this kind of activity is done by a small group of 5 to 6 women at home on women embroidery and other apparels, they need a small investment mostly provided by organizations working for women entrepreneurship if some how they could not get investment loan or could not make place in market for their products then what they would have to do? We will engage marketing organizations, bloggers and charities to bring awareness to consumers for working women rights. we will make awareness in this regard with different brands that they should work with the manufacturers who are instituting working women rights. Founding Story

This idea has come from my childhood when I saw my mother working in an apparel factory on sewing machine. She spend 10 years in the factory and most of the time in the year we saw her going to work when we were getting ready for school saw her coming back from factory when we were getting ready to go to bed. This experience made me realize that their are millions of women working in factories in Pakistan and they are going through the same condition which we faced. It would be good enough if they are provided opportunity of working at their home.
